Vintage 2019 - SPRING Release
Bright Young Pink 2019
Pét-Nat Rosé. Fizzier than last years, both Pét-Nat were disgorged.
Flirty, flamboyant, easy going, and effortless to drink, although not that effortless to make. Like a ballerina on Pointe.
Pinot Noir/Pinot Gris/Chardonnay from
Magpie Springs/Scary Gully, Adelaide Hills
135 dozen made
$37 - SOLD OUT
Bright Young Thing 2019
A red Pét-Nat, structural, savoury, a bit more restrained than the Rosé, almost a Pét-Nat for grown-ups.
Pinot Noir/Chardonnay
Grown by Steve Thomas, Magpie Springs, Adelaide Hills.
110 dozen made
$36 - SOLD OUT
Multicoloured Sunrise 2019
An orange Pinot Gris. This is the first time we got our hands on some Pinot Gris, and we are very excited – it’s got all we were hoping for and, oh, so much more!
We made it with a fair bit of skin contact and some whole bunches for the win. It tastes as electric as it looks, and it looks pretty electric.
We’d like to say the wait was worth it, but the truth is, we wish we’d done it sooner.
Pinot Gris grown in Scary Gully, Adelaide Hills
80 dozen made
$36 - SOLD OUT
NUANCE 2019
Pinot Noir. It might be made of a French grape variety, but it is probably the closest to a pizza wine we’ve ever gotten. Simple but nuanced (get it?), it is a very enjoyable red wine.
Grown by Mark Whisson, Adelaide Hills
70 dozen made
$29 - SOLD OUT
Love Potion 2019
A red Shiraz. We had so little Shiraz this year, we really considered not making Love Potion and instead focusing on making more of the winter Unfurl. But the common sense prevailed, and we ended up with the third year of the wine that celebrates love.
Grown by Ernst Sigel, Sellicks Hill
60 dozen made
$34 - SOLD OUT
