Multicoloured Sunrise 2021
We were beyond delighted this year to have been offered the whole lot of the Pinot Gris from our beloved Sparrows vineyard. Don’t let the vibrant, playful colour (and it is a vibrant, playful colour, btw) fool you. It’s all structure, finesse and crunchy watermelons. A light Nebbiolo would be proud of these tannins. We did leave it on skins for a bit longer, and we are very happy.

Stay Mellow 2021
This time, in addition to the usual Sémillon, there is a bit of Chardonnay (both orange).
Making this wine felt like sculpting, when the final image was visible from the beginning.
Hibiscus, chamomile, chrysanthemum, and sourdough bread that meld into a juicy, savoury sap.

Although we are naturally light-hearted, we can’t look past all the hardship that people around the world have endured in the last couple of years. We thought a message of hope would be appropriate here.
A carbonic cheerful Shiraz from the Sparrows vineyard. Very light, almost Loire-esque, but in Shiraz. Blackberries and hay bales. As light as Shiraz gets, really. 10.9% alcohol, perfumed and pure.

All of our fruit is coming from vineyards which are managed by organic farming practices (not certified at this stage), hand picked and wild fermented. Our wines are made with only one ingredient: grapes, and are bottled by us, without any additives or preservatives. They are unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly. (vegan friendly always ❤︎)
