Vintage 2020 - 2021 Autumn Release
Counting Stars 2020
We decided to make it skinsy this year. We should have not waited all that time.
Pretty tropical, Nashi pear, slightly underripe white peach, sunny beach, slightly textural, medium body (in Parker terms), but definitely not too unctuous.
Organically farmed Chardonnay, Carey Gully, Adelaide Hills. Grown by Mark Sekerin
140 dozen made
$34 - SOLD OUT
FAWN 2020
Just like the year before. And the year before that. Lean, zingy, but full and generous. Citrusy, mineral and flinty. Perhaps the closest we got to create our dream white Chardonnay.
Organically farmed Chardonnay, Carey Gully, Adelaide Hills. Grown by Mark Sekerin
140 dozen made
$34 - SOLD OUT
SHAPESHIFTER 2020
The 2019 fires are long forgotten by most, but they had a profound effect on our 2020 Viognier. We minimised skin contact due to smoke taint concerns, which proved to be the right move (the little fruit we kept on skins went smoky). So it isn’t the usual Sunshine on my Skin, but a rather different, almost white wine. The good news, it is delicious (and not smoky). Necessity is the mother of (re)invention. Of white Viognier.
Organically farmed Viognier, Grown by Mike and Margaret Sparrow in Mt. Torrens, Adelaide Hills
100 dozen made
$36 - SOLD OUT
DREAMS AND VISIONS 2020
... are coming to an end.
2021 onwards Frewin and Candice are keeping all of Arranmore vineyard fruit for themselves, in a perfectly sensible move.
We’re grateful for having being able to work with those beautiful grapes, outstanding vineyard and generous friends thus far. An end of a beautiful era.
Certified Organic Pinot Noir, Grown by Candice Helbig and Frewin Ries, Arranmore, Carey Gully, Adelaide Hills
60 dozen made
$37 - SOLD OUT
UNFURL 2020
Ernst’s vineyard yielded super light crop in 2020, less than 1.5t/ha. This meant lots of stems, lots of skins, little juice - which all manifest concentration.
Like its predecessors, lots of juicy vibe, a winter warmer, with a strong graphite backbone.
Ernst’s relentless attention and care shine in every mouthful.
Organically farmed Shiraz, Sellicks Hill, Mclaren Vale. Grown by Ernst Sigel
60 dozen made
$34 - SOLD OUT

Stays stable in bottle for weeks, if you can resist drinking it all at once (only 500ml in a bottle).
Enjoy in moderation.
