Greetings friends!
The Spring has not quite arrived to the Adelaide Hills yet but our Spring Release has, as we can wait no longer!
In the news:
As we might have mentioned in the past, starting with vintage 2016 (this release) all of our fruit is coming from vineyards that are managed by organic and sustainable farming practices.
This release includes 4 wines - 2 slightly fizzy pét-nats and 2 new additions. 2 more pét-nats are not ready yet (can't blame them with the cold temperatures and long winter!) and will have to wait a little longer to be released, probably by the end of the year.
All of the wines in this release have no added SO2 at any stage (or any other additive) and the only ingredient in them is pure grape juice. We quite like the freshness and vibrancy that shines through as a result.
lastly, we are moving into a our own shed in Ashton, Adelaide Hills just in time for vintage 2017. It's a huge step for us and we are excited beyond words. We will share more about it soon but in the meantime, come and visit us! we’d love to show you around!
As always, thank you for your support, we couldn't have done it without you!
Love, Alex & Galit xo
P.S. So many great wine events coming soon (in Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney) please check our Events page for details and come and say Hi if you're around!
Almost back
2/3 of us are back home after 3 weeks family visit in Israel (the last third is still between airports). Had the most incredible, intense, fabulous holiday that already seems like light years away…
Still need a few days to catch our breath and we will be back in the spotlight with the new wine release ✨
Talk soon world! xo
P.S. There are approx. 1002 emails who await reply in our inbox, promise to get back to everyone soon!!! . .
A good weekend
A good weekend of bottling, labelling, packaging, to justify our coming family holiday.
Massive thanks Tom Colman for the help! 150 cases seem like a walk in the park when you and your long hands are around! 🙏💕
(also can't underestimate those underage helpers who can label boxes like little demons)
Wine Playground
Great vibes and fun times yesterday at the 2nd Wine Playground. Cheers to everyone who came and said Hi we had a blast!
Magnolia Mountain
One of the best side effects of having our littlest wine empire, is the people we get to meet. Friends near and far that we wouldn’t be able to come across any other way.
Such was the case with Mark & Maya of Magnolia Mountain who make beautiful ceramics inspired by their adventures and lately approached us with an idea they had for a project.
Pottery is a huge love of ours. We immediately fell in love with their wares and the way the wild Australian nature comes to life in everything they make. We were so happy for the opportunity to connect.
#Windfall is their latest adventures-inspired ceramics collection. Check out the diary that compiles so beautifully their inspiration and creative process << here >>.
Thank you for the opportunity to glimpse into your world M&M! We’re so looking forward to future collaborations and meeting you face to face!
