We were looking to work with Sauvignon Blanc for a long time and always waited for some point in the future. In 2023 the stars aligned.
More typical of a chardonnay than a sauvignon blanc. Coincidence? We don’t think so, given chardonnay being our main focus since 2012.
Varietal or not, it is lush and juicy. White peach and lychee compote. Effortless. Delicate.
