Skin-contact Sémillon, 2 weeks on skins, then old French barrels for 9 months élevage, rested in the bottle for another 6 months now and ready for the world.

Tighto, takes a few seconds to open up, then voom - quince, crème fraiche, slight oaky tones (despite the barrels being over 10 years old), obligatory white flowers and lemon rind. Salivary glands might get a workout.
